Guaranteed News Presence:
You can charge exhibitors for guaranteed time within the days news segment. We can feature a company executive who will be interviewed by our anchor. They can talk about their latest products and services, and we will insert video and/or pictures of their products. This appears to be ‘news’ and airs within the daily headlines.
Advertorials:
You may wish to offer exhibitors or sponsors more time for their messaging by offering advertorials, which would run two to three minutes in length. Content could range from new product announcements, product demonstrations or interviews. Advertorials may be taped at an exhibitors booth or a location of their choosing in the exhibit hall. These segments are hosted by a professional TV journalist, our videographers will add company b-roll and create graphics to identify each person speaking. The videos will be completed the same day, posted to your website, and given to the exhibitor on DVD.
Commercials Placed in Newscast:
These should be viewed as traditional advertisements one would see on commercial television. We recommend all advertisements be limited to 30 seconds. When given the contact information of an advertiser CNTV will establish contact, obtain the pre-produced content and arrange for placement in appropriate newscasts or web site postings.
Video Player Banner Ads
CNTV can produce banner ads around the video player. You determine the price, and these “buttons” around the player will click through the sponsor’s website. If the company is purchasing an advertorial, the banner ad could click through to the advertorial or to advertiser's web site.
Anchor Exhibit Location
You can charge an exhibitor presence in the newscast each day by having the anchor read the news from their booth. There is no additional cost to you, it is solely a way to generate revenue for your organization.
Lower Third Banner During Newscast
CNTV can create a lower third graphic to “pop up” during the newscast promoting an exhibitor’s booth, or their website. This would stay on the screen for about :20-:30, and would include the exhibitor’s logo.
As the global marketplace becomes more environmentally and economically conscious, moving from standard print distribution to a digital platform has become a must in the convention industry. In most cases, the average cost of a print show daily is significantly more than a full video production and cannot compete with the overall exposure gained from an internet audience.
